On December 5, 2025, the 40th International Volunteer Day and launch of the 2026 International Volunteer Year, SDGs Volunteer Service Block (VOW CENTER) opened at Dalian’s Peace Square: 500 m², one-year run, 4 functional zones, weekend services, promoting SDG volunteerism locally and across Asia.
